Phil Angie is one of the founding members of Medusa's, but Medusa and him had a falling out because his wand was in front of hers on the crest. She despised him so much that she killed him, reanimated him as a skeleton, gave him a teaching job, and then demoted him. Then demoted him some more. Then demoted him some more until he was in the dungeon. Now, he never talks to anyone, except the stupid students who believe they have what it takes to take on the dungeon. He enjoys...nothing anymore. He is dead inside and outside.
